Free listings cost nothing and can be withdrawn or deleted from your account at any time.

Redent Assist fee

• The Assist fee is collected only after our team approves your listing.
• If you cancel before your Assist listing goes live, we refund the full fee.
• If we remove your listing for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the full fee.
• Once the listing is live and promotion has started, the fee is not refundable. If it doesn’t sell within 30 days, we relist it once at no extra cost.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Items bought from other users

Returns for items bought from another user are agreed between buyer and seller. Contact us if you have a problem with a transaction and we will try to help.
